One Last Photo Post
By Dave | July 22, 2008
This is the last photo post of my review. Just a couple more random images I decided to share.
A picture of most of the ship on the first day. It would have been a good picture if the camera strap didn’t get in the way… Oh well.
A picture of the water taken from our balcony. It’s funny how the water looks so much worse at the Jersey Shore, yet it’s crystal clear in the Caribbean. (To be honest, I don’t want think about what gives our water its green/brown tint.)
Another balcony shot. This time we’re leaving St. Thomas.
This slide didn’t end in or next to a pool. No, it just, uhh, ended. Strangest thing I’ve ever seen. I don’t remember this on the Legend (sister ship to the Miracle). Maybe it was the same and I’m just forgetting. Anyone on the Legend lately who can enlighten me? I’ve never seen one of Carnival’s water slides end no where near a pool.
One final review tomorrow then back to normal posts.

Tramadol is a synthetic stripped-down piperidine-analog of the phenantherane alkaloid codeine and, as such, is an opioid and also a pro-drug (codeine is metabolized to morphine, tramadol is converted to M-1 aka O-desmethyltramadol). Opioids are chemical compounds which act upon one or more of the human opiate receptors (the euphoria, addictive nature and respiratory depression are mainly caused by the Mu(?) 1 and 2 receptor. The opioid agonistic effect of Tramadol and its major metabolite(s) are almost exclusively mediated by the substance’s action at the ?-opioid receptor. This characteristic distinguishes tramadol from many other substances (including morphine) of the opioid drug class, which generally do not possess tramadol’s degree of subtype selectivity.
